Terms / Agreement and Conditions
General
By conducting
and completing Order - Shipping - Payment in Omah SEPATOE Shop, then you have
read, accept and agree to the Terms / Agreement and the conditions prevailing
in Omah SEPATOE Shop as described herein.
Order / Purchase and Payment
Any products or goods already delivered
or received by you, are not exchangeable / refundable. You can make cancellations or changes to the order that you are doing by
contacting us immediately via the menu Contact Us / payment via sms before you
do.
Cancellation or change your order can not
do when you've done and complete the payment to us.
Payment for
orders placed no later received 3x24 hours after the order made or completed
(indicated by the receipt of order detail).
When they will be up to the time limit we
have not received your payment, then your order we consider to be canceled.

Inter-bank transfer to one of our bank account, then you can confirm with the

address.
Guarantee – Warranty
All products
or items we sell are bound to the terms of guarantee and warranty of each
manufacturer. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty other than
the guaranteed delivery and conformity of products or goods you buy. Regarding the possibility of damage to the product or item that you
received from the delivery process, then it is the responsibility of Courier
PT.JNE and therefore you can complain to the PT.JNE where we will provide help
and assistance when you submit the complaint . If the error occurred in akibatkan error information
that was obtained from the customer so we are not responsible for it.
Cancellation
of the booking by comparing the customer (one indformasi, change the model,
etc.) then it can not be upfront costs in return,If the making of orders that occur due to errors of OMAH SEPATOE shop or no appropriate system suitability that we have made the
upfront costs can be refunded 100%
